1. How do I understand what will be covered in the service?
Most of our appointments are time bound and come in slots of 30 mins, 60 mins and 90 minutes. Our crew is trained to accomplish more in that time than you would imagine.
For eg:
- A dishwashing 30 minutes appointment will handle a sink full of dishes.
- A laundry 30 minutes appointment will fold and hang a full load of clothes from the dryer.
- A Meal prep appointment for 30 minutes will prep enough veggies and fruits to typically last a family of 4 about 3 days.
- If you need to handle more than 30 minutes’ worth of work, for eg: more than a sink full of dishes, 2 loads of clothes, meal prep for the week etc., select 2 or more appointments at the time of booking.
- Whole home cleaning and deep cleaning are not time bound. We finish the job regardless of how long it takes our experienced crew.

2. What if my service time is over and I would like to get more things done? Can I extend the appointment?
If the time booked was not enough to complete the full scope of work and you would like us to complete the job, its likely most convenient for you and us to extend the appointment. Try to extend time by adding an appointment via the website or calling us if you do not see available slots. If we cannot accommodate an extended appointment, we will provide the best alternative. Price per appointment remains the same as published on our website.
3. How do I trust that you will do a good job?

4. Will I get the same crew for repeat services?
Yes, we match crews to customers to make it easy on everyone. If they are not available, we will send the next best option for your cleaning needs.

Yes, you can call us or use the online form to ask us about services that are not mentioned on the site to see if we can do them for you.
6. If I need service right away, do you offer immediate service?
Yes, Most of our services have a “start service within 2 hours” option for your urgent needs.
